If you have at least 6 months of welding experience or a welding certification and are confident in your abilities to weld aluminum materials, we have an exciting Aluminum Welder opportunity that could be a great fit for you!

A facility in North Portland that produces and manufactures aluminum and steel petroleum tanks, trailers and dry bulk carriers is currently looking to add Welders to its team. 

One of the great things about this role is that though it does require some previous welding experience, it is still fairly entry-level.

This position is perfect for someone looking to grow their welding skills and get their foot in the door of a growing company. 

If you love to learn and who enjoy seeing products being built from start to finish, you will do great in this role. (You’ll even get to see the carriers and tanks you help build on the road when you’re driving!)

This is a full-time, direct hire position on the day shift.

What you will be doing as an Aluminum Welder:

• Welding aluminum pieces together
• Assisting in the production and manufacturing of carriers and tanks

This is not a temporary or contract role. You will be on the company payroll from day one!

Aluminum Welder Requirements:

• 6 months’ welding experience or certifications in welding
• Experience welding aluminum materials. 
• Proficient with basic shop math
• Able to read blueprints
• Able to safely use shop machinery and hand tools

Pay: $17.78/hr

Schedule: Day shift, with two possible shifts available

• Monday-Friday, 5:00am-1:30pm
• Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm

Location: North Portland (Not bus accessible. Reliable transportation needed)
