The Quality Associate will assist in all quality and material handling (i.e., shipping, receiving, and inventory control) related activities in support of Manufacturing and Quality operations. Additionally, the Quality Associate will be responsible for maintaining the document control system for both clinical and development projects.

This position reports to the VP of Operations.

Responsibilities of the Quality Associate are:

• Receiving inspection and product release. Oversee lot history record accuracy
• Manage document control system, including document creation, processing nonconformance’s and change orders.
• Manages and performs accurate transactions data input.
• Ensure accurate inventory control of all controlled materials and is responsible for the execution of required physical cycle counts and monthly inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate inventory of all controlled materials and performs monthly inventory cycle counts.
• Assist in carrying out internal quality audits
• Support device traceability activities
• Keep warehouse operation clean and inspection-ready at all times.
• Assist in special projects, as assigned 

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years experience in a quality or document control role
• Experience in shipping/receiving (medical device/life science industry preferred)
• Ability to work independently with little supervision

Pay: Pay is $20/hr
