A distribution facility in Sumner is currently looking to hire another Warehouse Shift Lead  to support their growing business. COVID19 has not slowed their business down but as put them in high demand being an essential business in the distribution/logistics market.

In this warehouse lead role, you will be part of a team and responsible for communicating with your associates team and communicating with the staff vendor. The warehouse environment is also fun - they always have music playing overhead, giving everyone a little extra energy in the fast paced environment.

Warehouse Shift Lead Job Duties:

• Vendor communications
• Employee communication including responding to questions or bringing up the questions to the appropriate person
• Helping set up new employees for success on their first day
• Unloading non-palatalized goods
• Wrapping product
• Scanning in bar codes and labels
• Loading outbound shipments

You will be successful in this role if you have a positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic.

Warehouse Associate Requirements:

• Must have your own reliable transportation as facility is not on a bus line
• 6+ Months of previous warehouse experience preferred
• 6+ months of previous leadership experience
• Ability to lift 30-40lbs throughout a 10-hr shift
• Comfortable being on your feet for a 10-hr shift
• Ability to work nights or days

Shift Schedule:

• 6:30pm-5am, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
