This company hopes to develop this Dispatcher into a managerial role!
This Dispatcher role is a full-time, permanent role that offers competitive pay and extremely generous benefits.
Job Duties for the Dispatcher:
- Developing delivery routes for drivers using company's proprietary scheduling software
- Being the liaison between the customer service reps and the drivers for deliveries
- Managing the company trucks' maintenance schedules and auditing CDL driver requirements
- Cultivating strong relationships with drivers and customers to accommodate delivery needs

Qualifications for this Dispatcher role:
- 2+ years in a customer service role
- 2+ years’ experience in a previous operations role
- Previous experience with scheduling software
- Dispatcher experience strongly preferred, but not required
