As a Customer Support Representative, you will be working for a third-party company of health and benefit solutions. They support employers of all sizes by answering any healthcare or benefit questions their employees have.

They provide a very structured training program to ensure you are set up for success.

Customer Support Representative Job Duties:

• Handle a variety of benefit questions through calls/emails/messaging system
• Answer questions around surface level invoicing  
• Fielding approximately 25 calls per day
  

• Currently to protect their employees from COVID-19 they are working from home with plans of returning to the office late next year.

Schedule: 

• You will be scheduled either 5-4 hour shifts Monday-Friday, or 1-8 hour shift plus 3-4 hour shifts Monday-Thursday. 
• 20 hours/week 

• 1-3 years in a Customer Service environment
• High Speed internet with a router since you will not be in the office until next year
