IT Technical Support Technician

Job Responsibilities:

Level 1 (L1) 
-Provide technical support in response help desk calls, emails, and support tickets. 
-Evaluate and troubleshoot PC's, laptops, printers, and other computing devices
-Resolve or escalate customer needs with a calm demeanor and professional service
-Track customer issues, escalations and resolutions

Level 2 (L2)
-Troubleshoot advanced technical issues escalated from L1 Technicians
-Install, configure, and troubleshoot software and computing hardware
-Level 1 (L1) responsibilities, as assigned

Job Qualifications:

Level 1 (L1)
• 1-4 years of prior help desk experience or 2+ years of experience in IT support responding to user issues
• Experience troubleshooting and problem-solving computer-related issues
• Working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Active Directory
• Experience in Microsoft Windows client/server technologies
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with clients

Level 2 (L2)
 -5 or more years of advanced IT generalist experience, preferably in a IT support or help desk environment, providing customer support and troubleshooting to end users
-Working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Active Directory 
-Experience with Firewalls, Switches, VM Ware, and Cloud environments such as Azure
-IT Certifications an asset but not required

Pay: $40K-$60K+, DOE + benefits + PTO
Location: Seattle, WA 
Hours: 8am - 5pm, may vary
