We’re working with an established company in Seattle’s Capitol Hill and they are looking for great people with your skill set to join their team as a Staff Accountant.

This company provides affordable housing to Seattle's diverse and fast-growing population.

As a Staff Accountant, you'll be responsible for the accounting and financial reporting of company-owned properties and partnerships.

The right fit for this Staff Accountant role will have a solid foundation in accounting and will have experience in project accounting.

Some of the primary responsibilities in this Staff Accountant role will be:

• Property accountant for company-owned buildings
• Responsible for multiple bank account reconciliations in varying banking functions
  
• Assist with audit preparation, schedules and follow up requests.
• Other duties as assigned
  

To qualify for this Staff Accountant role, you need:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting or related field
• 3 years experience in project accounting and/or property accounting
• Experience in Accounts Payable and Payroll preferred 
• Expert level MS Office skills including Excel

Pay: $60-65K DOE

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
